Our organization is dedicated to helping each member achieve their individual goals.
To ensure that each member receives personalized guidance, Ascend provides a Mentor-Mentee Program which pairs each student with a member of the Executive Board. Members not only gain an invaluable mentor, but also a chance to form close relationships in their own community.

Professionalism
Ascend was founded with the goal of helping Pan-Asian students develop business professional skills through their college careers.
Through a series of professional development workshops, corporate events and case competitions, Ascend can prepare its members for their first steps to becoming successful future leaders in their respective fields. |
Leadership
We recognize the growing importance of involvement and leadership for all students.
Ascend offers leadership opportunities at the end of each semester for members who have at least a 50% attendance rate. A student leader in Ascend will be a part of our Leader Board which is responsible for planning events, maintaining our corporate connections, and more. |
